strange, I just tested the link and all works just normal. Are you able to enter into the password page ?

Replaced the download link with a zip version it might be that you get the message because the previous one way rar compressed ....

Honestly I do not remember it has been a while since I made that one  
but I always use Point lights in combination with the Headlight I made at the time 
for Interiors. I usually keep it simple with the lights

I take it the Headlight is the dolly cam here in freebies?

you can also drop the lights once you have them in Position of your Cam using the hierarchy Editor, or change them to Point lights. it is a good helping tool , but still use Point lights, I usually change them by scaling and making there aspect visible , adding lights in the room I just duplicate these and move them
around , fast method with good results.

the other two things that you might want to consider are the Cam Light Bots that also can be good
helper tools  for Interiors
