A real mystery why it does that ! Internet providers can be a real pain and sometimes countries. there are times that China blocked access to stuff that was even affecting England LOL

It happens to me to once in a while ! it is caused by a lock range the Internet provider is causing once I had locks for 3 weeks so that I could only access to downloads with VPN. I guess that it has to do with a server and the encrypted download code that gets into a lock range of a provider . but still a mystery why it happens.
