This soooo close to what I've been looking for.  I bought it, will be using it in Studio, and will be making some changes to the textures and possibly some geometry changes in Blender.
I thought that having the large windows on either side of the door was unrealistic as it sort of shows an outside view.  Bedrooms normally open into the interior of the home.
The windows should be on another wall that looks outside.  I'd also like the bed to be against a wall as per normal practice.  Still, it's a great piece and I know it will render
well without loading down the computer.  You've always been great at using just enough polys to get the job done.  I also like that it has an almost art-deco feel to it.
Great model overall.

Makes me happy to hear, yes there are allot of possibilities if you have a little know how , In Poser you could just spawn Props to change it well just like in Blender, I do not know if DS has that feature ripping
a mesh apart like with the grouping tool in Poser.

A little hint if you wish to use blender to spawn new props out of it using the grouping you first have will have to "Remove Doubles" in the Edit Mode this will allow you to select the Individual models ( Linked ) as I did not link them in this Environment.
